The Momence Inbox was built to simplify studio communication by uniting all channels—SMS, push, in-app, WhatsApp, and email into one real-time interface. With smart filters, audience segments, and rich customer context in every thread, it helps instructors respond faster, personalize messages, and automate outreach without leaving the platform.

Quick toggles let you view and respond to any channel directly in one view, making it easy to keep conversations organized without switching between tabs or apps. Whether it's SMS, push, WhatsApp, or in-app messages, everything flows into a single, intuitive space. This streamlined approach reduces response time, prevents missed messages, and gives hosts a clearer, more efficient way to manage customer communication at scale.
Every chat pulls in essential info: phone/email, packages, subscriptions, and visit history. This gives hosts the full context they need to personalize communication, follow up on recent activity, and offer relevant suggestions like reminding someone about an expiring class pack or recommending the next session based on their past bookings. It reduces guesswork and ensures each message feels timely and thoughtful.
Each message can be sent as:
Transactional — Confirmations, reminders (auto-sent)
Sequences — Triggered by milestones or behaviors
One-offs — Manual messages from staff
The message composer adapts seamlessly to each channel’s format and constraints SMS has a 160-character limit, emails support both subject and body fields, and WhatsApp allows for rich content like emojis and attachments. This flexibility ensures that messages are not only sent in the correct format but also feel natural and professional on every platform. It helps instructors communicate efficiently without worrying about formatting issues or switching tools, keeping the focus on clarity, tone, and timing.
From class reminders to milestone nudges and reactivation prompts, the system supports a wide range of communication types.
